I really enjoyed sharing my t-shirt with my CrossFit family. Even my coach laughed at it. My CrossFit mates are always curious to what I am going to wear next. This picture happen to be a PR. When someone says I can't do CrossFit, I say anything is possible. I have two knee replacements, scoliosis, and degenerative disc in my neck. It doesn't stop me it, just allows me to modify. I also like to think that I plant the seed for someone who thought it wasn't possible for them or for someone on the edge to go ahead and try it.

I have been doing Functional CrossFit for two years. Before I started, I had double knee replacements. I am 58 years old an proud of it. I have quite a few Unbroken t-shirts now since I found them online. I have Vintage, Masters, and even one that says Older than Most and Strong them Some. Each workout makes me stronger, have more stamina, and work toward a healthier me.
